Under Senate Bill 1343, enacted in 2018, California employers with five or more employees are required to provide at least one hour of training on sexual harassment, abusive conduct, and harassment based on gender to all employees within six months of starting their role, and every two years thereafter. SB 1343 also applies to temporary and seasonal employees, who must receive training within 30 days of hire or 100 hours worked, whichever comes first. This training must be the same as what is provided to regular employees. The requirement for temporary and seasonal workers began on January 1, 2020. This webinar satisfies the SB 1343 training requirements and is interactive, allowing attendees to ask questions.
